From our deck to your doorstep. Here’s how to check where your Old Saltys gear is on its journey.

Check your order

Sign in to view your orders and open the order you’d like to track.

You can also open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Old Saltys and follow the order status or tracking link. Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it.

Follow your parcel

Once tracking has been added to your shipment, your order status page and shipping email give you the tracking details. Use the carrier link provided there to follow your parcel directly with the carrier.

Your order may not have shipped yet, or tracking may not have been added. If you need a hand finding your order or checking its progress, contact the Old Saltys crew with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please don’t share payment details or passwords.
