You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are not yet in stock.

  • You may be charged in full, partially, or at a later date
  • Your payment details may be stored securely until fulfilment

You can cancel a pre-order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been fulfilled:

  • It cannot be cancelled
  • However, you may request a return or refund in line with our Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law
